But today I’m going to show you why they’re WRONG (again)… and why there’s new research to prove it!
You see, many mainstream pundits have strongly asserted that drinking coffee on a daily basis can cause issues with your heart (including cardiac arrhythmias).
Cardiac arrhythmia is an improper beating of the heart – which could be irregular, too fast, or too slow.
Symptoms of arrhythmias include a fluttering in the chest, chest pain, fainting, and dizziness.
But, according to a new research study, regular coffee drinking does NOT heighten your risk of cardiac arrhythmias!
In fact, the study found that “each additional cup of coffee” actually lowers your risk of arrhythmias by 3%.
Now, let me be clear…
This new finding is not a license to start guzzling extra cups of coffee each day… or to start drinking coffee if you’ve never drank it before.
It’s simply cutting through the noise that coffee is NOT a direct indicator of arrhythmias!
