THIS Low-Fat Diet LIE is Wrecking Your Heart (SHOCKING!)

For as long as I can remember, myths about low-fat diets have been hammered into our heads by the feds, mainstream researchers, and even your own doctor.

They practically instill the fear of God into you by saying even a little bit of fat in your diet is going to make your cholesterol SKYROCKET!

And while cutting out fats is the go-to “solution” for people with high cholesterol, there’s something that the low-fat brigade REFUSES to come to grips with about the connection between fat and high cholesterol.

It’s a LIE!

You see, a new study confirms that it’s not FAT that’s causes high-cholesterol… it’s TOO MANY CARBS!

In fact, a team of international researchers say they can’t find any reason patients with high cholesterol should avoid eating saturated fats like meat, eggs, and cheese.

The renowned group, which includes five top cardiologists, doubled down on the low-fat diet lie and said that the best ‘heart-healthy’ diet is actually one low in sugar and NOT low in saturated fat!

But a low-carb diet doesn’t just help folks with high cholesterol…

The research team also said a low-carb diet is helpful for a variety of people at risk of heart disease… including those with high blood pressure, diabetes, and weight problems.

Just think… all these years you’ve probably been taking steps to ‘cut out’ things from your diet in hopes of lowering your cholesterol. It just turns out you probably cutting out the wrong things!

But before you beat yourself up over it, there’s good news in the fight against high cholesterol (especially for carb-lovers).

Research shows that the ketogenic diet (aka “keto”) can positively affect cholesterol levels.

Keto is a low-carb, high-fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins and other low-carb diets. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat.

And when you consume low amounts of carbohydrates (like on the keto diet), your liver produces fewer triglycerides, which in turn raises your HDL cholesterol levels. This is the GOOD cholesterol.

Imagine being able to eat good, tasty foods AND torch your bad cholesterol at the same time?!

I’m talking about mouth-watering steak… grilled porkchops… barbecue chicken… you name it.
