But a low-carb diet doesn’t just help folks with high cholesterol…
The research team also said a low-carb diet is helpful for a variety of people at risk of heart disease… including those with high blood pressure, diabetes, and weight problems.
Just think… all these years you’ve probably been taking steps to ‘cut out’ things from your diet in hopes of lowering your cholesterol. It just turns out you probably cutting out the wrong things!
