Live LONGER With This “Hole-In-One” Hobby

In the study, presented to the American Stroke Association last month, researchers analyzed data from the Cardiovascular Health Study, a project that tracked heart issues in more than 5,000 seniors.

Throughout the original study, participants were regularly surveyed about their health issues, and they underwent extensive exams twice per year for 10 years…

And by the end, researchers saw something amazing.

Folks who played golf just ONCE PER MONTH were less likely to die during that 10-year period!

Specifically, just 15.1 percent of golfers died, while that number rose to 24.6 percent in non-golfers – a difference of almost 10 percentage points!

That’s a pretty significant number… but since this was an observational study, researchers can’t say for sure that golfing had a direct impact. However, here’s what we know:
