Lifestyle “Secret” CONQUERS High Blood Pressure

Dear Turapür Today Reader,

Whether your blood pressure is just a touch above ‘normal’, or if it’s sky-high… mainstream doctors will respond with the same thing…

They’ll treat your blood pressure with those risky blood pressure medications!

You see, your doctor and Big Pharma have told you the ‘cure’ for your high blood pressure is to pump your body full of drugs that not only offer no real solution…

They cost a FORTUNE

But what if you could finally take control of your high blood pressure once and for all… WITHOUT ever taking another drug again?

According to new research, it’s entirely possible… all thanks to a ‘four-letter’ word.

And it all boils down to this one lifestyle “secret” that allows you to manage your blood pressure and enjoy some of the most delicious foods on the planet.

Yes, I’m talking about DIET… but not just any diet.

Let me explain…

We all know that what you eat has a direct impact on your overall heart health… especially when it comes to your blood pressure levels.

But according to a study published in the journal Circulation Research, implementing an intermittent fasting diet can actually ‘reshape’ your overall gut health which can lead to lower blood pressure.

Intermittent fasting is where you eat all your meals within a specific 6-to-8-hour window each day.

But how exactly does it help lower your blood pressure?

Turns out, intermittent fasting helps your gut store valuable acids called bile… which provide numerous health benefits, including lower blood pressure.

In numerous lab studies, researchers found that participants with high blood pressure who started an intermittent fasting regimen significantly lowered their blood pressure compared to those who just ate a ‘normal’ diet.

The intermittent fasting group had more valuable bile in their gut, which directly contributed to LOWER blood pressure readings.

In other words, even if you have high blood pressure, intermittent fasting can help ensure your gut has the right kind of acid linked to better overall heart health.

If you’re looking to start intermittent fasting, I can assure you that you don’t have to skimp on the taste.

For example, you could eat your first meal of the day at 11 a.m. and your ‘final’ meal of the day (aka dinner) at 6 p.m.

Both meals could easy have a quality source of protein (like eggs or chicken), a nutrient-rich vegetable (like broccoli or asparagus), and a satisfying starch (like brown rice or a sweet potato). This will ensure you’re getting plenty of vitamins and minerals WITHOUT sacrificing taste.

Just be sure to have a conversation with your doctor if you’re looking to start intermittent fasting… especially if you’re taking medication for high blood pressure.
