Ladies: Eat This To BLOCK Breast Cancer!

For a long time now, mainstream docs have claimed that the only way to BEAT breast cancer is to sign up for surgery… to swallow their poisonous pills and endure damaging chemo and radiation…

And coincidentally, they never talk about the COST of that “care.”

I don’t mean the financial cost, either. Thanks to side effects like joint pain, hot flashes, hair loss, and more, 1 in 3 women wind up QUITTING their mainstream cancer drugs…

And once that happens, mainstream docs are at a loss. They’re OUT OF IDEAS on how to help!

But here’s what I think…

The best way to BEAT deadly breast cancer is to AVOID IT entirely… and according to an all-new theory (published just last month), there’s an incredibly EASY way to do it.

You’ve just got to eat more yogurt.

In a new report, published in the journal Medical Hypotheses, researchers from Britain’s Lancaster University argue that yogurt – a known source of probiotics – contains lactose-fermenting bacteria that can BALANCE women’s delicate gut bacteria.

Known as your microbiome, that’s the diverse collection of “good” and “bad” bacteria living inside your body – and as I’ve told you before, those “gut bugs” secretly affect many different diseases.

When your microbiome is properly balanced, it’s easy to stay healthy. Your immune system defends your body against infection… your digestive system runs smoothly… and inflammation is properly controlled…

But when “bad” bacteria gain a foothold (or even OUTNUMBER the “good” bugs), problems arise.

Your body struggles… your risk of disease shoots through the roof… and eventually, some of these “bad bugs” create toxins that trigger inflammation, a possible CAUSE of cancer!

According to Lancaster University researchers, though, the bacteria in yogurt can TAMP DOWN inflammation and STOP the cellular processes behind breast cancer – effectively blocking the disease!

If that’s true, eating more yogurt could spare MILLIONS of women the heartache and pain of fighting cancer…

And while mainstream docs will tell you that “more research is needed,” I’ve seen enough.

Within the past year or two, multiple studies have PROVEN yogurt’s cancer-fighting potential, finding that it helps:

  • INHIBIT potentially cancerous growths,
  • BLOCK lung cancer (even in smokers), and
  • CUT your risk of colon cancer!

Plus, yogurt’s been linked to a number of other health benefits, including improving inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) symptoms and lowering the risk of heart attack.

You just have to get the right kind.

While snacking on almost any yogurt will help a little bit, you should stick to plain, low-fat Greek yogurt without added sugars.
