Is This the Key to Longer Living?

For years, the mainstream has been telling us that the key to living longer is taking risky pills and skipping all of your favorite foods.

But according to researchers from Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center in Jerusalem, they’ve got it all wrong…

Because it looks like there’s a much simpler, drug-free way to extend your life

And it only takes a few minutes a day for you to get REAL results.

It’s no secret that getting out of the house is good for you. A daily stroll to the grocery or a friend’s house is a great way to get in a few extra steps and a bit of fresh air.

But it as it turns out, a daily trip out could be doing a whole lot more for your health.

In the recent study, scientists analyzed the health data of 3,375 adults in their 70s, 80s and 90s looking for a link between daily outings and longer life spans.

And they most certainly found one!

After crunching the numbers, the researchers found that folks who left their homes on a daily basis are 28% more likely to live longer!

Even better? They also found that just putting your shoes on every day can increase your chances of living longer by a whopping 26%!

In fact, some experts report that these simple daily acts could have a better impact on your longevity than some mainstream interventions, like taking statins and other cholesterol medications.

So just slipping on your shoes and heading down to the corner store every day is all you need to do to live longer! It almost sounds too good to be true.

Experts report that these activities are so good for your health because they help you maintain your mobility and social connections.
