Is Hearing Loss DAMAGING Your Health? (Shocking!)
Dear Turapür Today Reader,
If you suffer from hearing loss, you already know how frustrating it can be.
Maybe you have trouble hearing in restaurants, or when your spouse tries to call you from a different room.
It’s like everyday conversations that were crystal-clear just a few years ago make you feel completely ‘left out.’
But what if I told you that hearing loss didn’t just target your ability to hear… but that it could also be damaging to your overall health?
According to new research, it’s 100% possible!
According to a new study from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, hearing loss (especially in seniors) speeds up physical decline and reduces mobility… which can reduce your overall quality of life as you age.
The study found that older adults with hearing trouble have poorer balance, worse walking endurance, and faster declines in overall physical function over time compared to those with normal hearing.
Meanwhile, the study also found that folks who protected their hearing (yes, even with hearing aids) are more likely to be stronger and healthy.
In other words, improving your ability to hear will ultimately improve your overall health as you age.
As I mentioned earlier, hearing aids are one of the best tools out there to help improve and restore your hearing. And thanks to new technology, most hearing aids these days are small, sleek, and easy to use… which is a good thing if you’re uncomfortable or embarrassed with the stigma of wearing a hearing aid.
Another long-term solution to better hearing are cochlear implants. Cochlear implants are surgically implanted to help people hear by directly stimulating the auditory nerve.

This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
Cochlear implant surgery is fairly routine and performed under general anesthesia. A small incision is made behind the ear and sometimes a small area of hair may be shaved away from the incision site. The implant is then placed under the skin and the electrode is inserted into the inner ear.
If you’re currently wearing hearing aids, considering cochlear implants, or are worried that your hearing is starting to decline, be sure to have a conversation with your doctor about the best options for you.
