IBS? NEVER Eat These 3 Foods AGAIN!

Dear Turapür Today Reader,

When you’re dealing with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), you never know what to expect.

One minute, you’re straining to “go”… and the next, you’re running for the nearest toilet, feeling like you’re ready to EXPLODE!

When you’re not rushing to the bathroom, you’re in agony from the constant cramping and bloating associated with IBS.

And to make matters worse, you never seem to know what kind of foods are going to send you RUNNING to the toilet.

But you’re not alone…

In fact, nearly four in 10 adults across the globe battle some type of gastrointestinal disorder. You read that correctly… 40% of the adults IN THE WORLD are dealing with some kind of serious stomach issue!

In the United States, as many as 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. have symptoms of IBS. But many don’t have a formal diagnosis.

In other words, there are hundreds of thousands of folks out there that are suffering from IBS… and they don’t even know they have it!

So how do you squash the pain and agony of IBS without risky and expensive prescriptions?

You can start by NEVER eating these three foods… AGAIN!

These aren’t the ‘usual suspects’ that tend to trigger IBS. No, these are foods that can make IBS-related symptoms WORSE.

But trust me, simply removing these foods from your diet will be the best ‘gift’ your intestines will EVER get.

Let’s dive in…

TOO MUCH Fiber?!

Conventional wisdom tells you that fiber is GOOD for your gut, right?

Well, eating TOO MUCH fiber could unnecessarily trigger agonizing IBS.

According to research, too much insoluble fiber – like the kind found in skin of fruits and vegetables – should be off-limits to anyone suffering from IBS.

This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors

Are we literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on our dinner plates?

This is important. THIS one food could be growing cancer cells.

And here’s where it gets interesting… as soon as we STOP eating it, the opposite happens: cancer cells STARVE to death — and die out by the thousands.

Skeptical? See the evidence here.

You see, insoluble fiber actually SPEEDS UP digestion and causes it to leave your body easier and faster… thus causing diarrhea.

Folks with IBS should stick with foods rich in soluble fiber like barley, nuts, seeds, beans, lentils, and peas.

Say No to CHOCOLATE

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but chocolate bars and chocolate candy can trigger IBS. That’s because they are typically high in fat and sugar. And they commonly contain dairy and caffeine… which are both ‘no-no’s’ for folks with IBS.

But if you have IBS and a sweet tooth, there’s good news. There are plenty of dairy-free options for chocolate lovers that will keep your intestines calm. (I like the bars at hukitchen.com)

Ditch the ‘Fizzy’ Stuff

Carbonated drinks can be very refreshing. But for people with IBS, they can lead to some serious flare-ups.

Carbonated beverages can seriously hamper your IBS management by contributing to gas buildup in the abdominal region. And if it can’t get passed, it accumulates. This leads to bloating and discomfort, including sharp pains in the midsection.

It’s best for folks with IBS to eliminate ‘fizzy’ drink from their diet and instead drink more calming drinks like herbal teas or water.
