IBS? NEVER Eat These 3 Foods AGAIN!

When you’re dealing with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), you never know what to expect.

One minute, you’re straining to “go”… and the next, you’re running for the nearest toilet, feeling like you’re ready to EXPLODE!

TOO MUCH Fiber?!

Conventional wisdom tells you that fiber is GOOD for your gut, right?

Well, eating TOO MUCH fiber could unnecessarily trigger agonizing IBS.

According to research, too much insoluble fiber – like the kind found in skin of fruits and vegetables – should be off-limits to anyone suffering from IBS.

You see, insoluble fiber actually SPEEDS UP digestion and causes it to leave your body easier and faster… thus causing diarrhea.

Folks with IBS should stick with foods rich in soluble fiber like barley, nuts, seeds, beans, lentils, and peas.


I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but chocolate bars and chocolate candy can trigger IBS. That’s because they are typically high in fat and sugar. And they commonly contain dairy and caffeine… which are both ‘no-no’s’ for folks with IBS.

Ditch the ‘Fizzy’ Stuff

Carbonated drinks can be very refreshing. But for people with IBS, they can lead to some serious flare-ups.

Carbonated beverages can seriously hamper your IBS management by contributing to gas buildup in the abdominal region. And if it can’t get passed, it accumulates. This leads to bloating and discomfort, including sharp pains in the midsection.


It’s best for folks with IBS to eliminate ‘fizzy’ drink from their diet and instead drink more calming drinks like herbal teas or water.
