Coffee Drinker? Here’s How to Make the HEALTHIEST Brew
Dear Turapür Today Reader,
Maybe you drink it for a morning ‘pick-me-up’… or you just love the taste and aroma.
Whatever the reason, drinking coffee is a great way to boost your overall health.
In fact, a hot cup of joe not only tastes good… but provides a bevy of health benefits, like:
- Lowering your risk of diabetes…
- Burning unwanted fat…
- And even protects you against Alzheimer’s and dementia.
But here’s something you may not know about coffee…
There’s a specific way you need to make it for it to be the ‘healthiest’ version of coffee you’ll ever drink… and there’s new science to prove it!
According to a new study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, drinking FILTERED coffee is not only the healthiest version of coffee… but also the safest.
Researchers examined the links between coffee brewing methods and risks of heart attacks and death and found that filtered brew is safest.
In fact, a cup of unfiltered coffee contains about 30 times the concentration of the lipid-raising substances compared to filtered coffee.
In other words, unfiltered coffee can make your cholesterol go higher… which is bad news for your overall heart health.
Ok, so what steps can you take to ensure that you’re harnessing the power of filtered coffee?
If you brew coffee from a traditional coffee pot or machine, be sure to opt for paper filters.

This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
Are we literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on our dinner plates?
This is important. THIS one food could be growing cancer cells.
And here’s where it gets interesting… as soon as we STOP eating it, the opposite happens: cancer cells STARVE to death — and die out by the thousands.
Skeptical? See the evidence here.
Reusable, metal filters have become a popular way to filter coffee. And why they can be washed in your dishwasher, they are simply not fine enough to catch everything that is poured into them.
This means those cholesterol-raising substances have a chance to sneak through into your cup.
Meanwhile, paper filters are much finer and can filter out those heart-destroying chemicals.
But if you’ve ever shopped for paper coffee filters, you know that there are a lot of options.
I opt for unbleached filters – which are the filters that have that don’t have a bright, white color. Unbleached filters are less processed than bleached filters and are generally considered healthier.
If you’re unsure about what filters are bleached vs. unbleached, be sure to read the label. It will say whether or not it’s gone through a bleaching process.
