Holiday Spice RELIEVES Joint Pain (2 Months?!)

Long ago, before it was ever added to sugary treats and baked goods, cinnamon was a valuable medicinal spice – used for everything from embalming in Ancient Egypt to treating coughs and sore throats during the Middle Ages.

In the study, published last year in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition, researchers recruited 36 women with RA and randomly divided them into two treatment groups.

In one, the women were treated with 2,000 milligrams of cinnamon powder per day for eight weeks. In the other, they were given placebo capsules…

And two months later, women using cinnamon showed REDUCED levels of a substance called tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a).

Now, TNF-a is what’s known as a cytokine, a tiny protein created by your immune system… and in RA, it’s known for PROMOTING inflammation around your joints and helping to DEGRADE your cartilage…

Some studies suggest that folks with higher TNF-a have more severe arthritis… so naturally, you want LESS of this stuff…

And it’s no surprise that women in last year’s study saw IMPROVEMENTS in their RA!

Researchers observed overall reductions in disease score (indicating reduced severity) and FEWER swollen or tender joints…

Plus, their serum showed lower levels of C-reactive protein, another marker of inflammation!
