“Healthy” Foods Spread Breast Cancer?!?
It seems like since the day you were born, someone has been giving you diet advice.

Because U.K. researchers have just discovered that certain “healthy” foods can spread breast cancer like wildfire throughout your body.
And chances are they’re in your house right now.
Certain foods — like asparagus — contain a powerful amino acid called asparagine that can have a serious impact on the growth and spread of breast cancers.
Cancer experts have long suspected that asparagine could increase breast cancer dangers, but now they know for sure.
In the experiment, researchers from the University of Cambridge analyzed the medical records of breast cancer patients who had died from the disease, looking for a link between asparagine and multiple tumors.
And they found one!
Breast cancer patients who died from the disease and had multiple cancerous tumors throughout their bodies also had the highest levels of asparagine.
This means eating foods with high asparagine content is downright dangerous for folks with breast cancer!
Experts report that the amino acid makes cancer so prolific because it helps cancerous cells travel from the breast and colonize in other areas of the body.
So if you have breast cancer, you should talk to your doctor about eating any of the following asparagine-rich foods:
