These ‘Health Foods’ Are USELESS (Without This...)

For years, mainstream docs have been trying to convince us that what was “bad” is now good again.

That smooth dark chocolate can lower your risk of heart disease…

And deep red wines can prevent cancer and help you live longer…

But I’m more interested in what they HAVEN’T been telling us.

Because all of those new so-called “health foods” areactually COMPLETELY WORTHLESS without one critical nutrient…

And they’ve conveniently left that part out.

I can’t help but wonder if it’s because they don’t know… or just don’t care.

Either way, I’m about to fill you in.

The missing nutrient we’re talking about here is zinc.

It’s an essential mineral that primarily works to strengthen the immune system and defend your body against harmful germs and pathogens.

And now, German researchers have found that “health foods” like dark chocolate and red wine actually RELY on zinc for their healthful, anti-aging properties.

That’s right.

No zinc… no longer life or stronger heart.

According to their study, published in the journal Nature Chemistry, taking zinc supplements while indulging in treats like chocolate, wine, coffee, and tea WAKES UP the powerful polyphenol compounds locked inside those foods.

Once those polyphenols are awake and kicking, they can help FIGHT BACK against an internal gas that causes oxidative stress – effectively DEFEATING and REVERSING the strain that’s been linked to everything from cancer to Alzheimer’s.

The study even suggests that the potent zinc/polyphenol combo could slow aging or lead to a longer life…

And if that’s sounds as good to you as it does to me, you’re in luck.

Many foods – especially meat, shellfish, chicken, and legumes – contain significant levels of zinc, but you can also easily find a good supplement at any pharmacy or vitamin shop.

And I know you know where to pick up your favorite box of chocolate or bottle of wine.
