“Green Dust” Cure SLASHES Anxiety

That’s a maze that includes walled-off and open sections, and anxious or frightened mice typically spend more time in the enclosed areas (where they feel safe). Less-anxious rodents, on the other hand, are more willing to venture out into open areas of the maze…   

And in this trial, researchers observed that matcha-exposed mice were more likely to explore the open maze!  

That indicates that the mice felt LESS ANXIOUS after matcha supplementation…  

And according to experts, this amazing result came from matcha activating dopamine and serotonin receptors in the brain.  

Those are important neurotransmitters related to reward and satisfaction (dopamine) and emotional processing (serotonin), so it makes PERFECT sense that activation would relieve symptoms of anxiety! 

And now, it’s never been easier to get matcha’s mood-boosting effects for yourself.
