“Forbidden” Food STOPS Stroke

For years, your mainstream doc has told you to avoid certain foods if you care about your heart.

Things like eggs, red meat and butter have been blamed for the massive uptick in strokes and heart attacks. 

But this simply isn’t true. 

Because new research from the University of Texas shows that there’s one type of “forbidden” food you should never skip if you want to maintain a healthy heart.

Full-fat dairy products — cheeses, butter and yogurt, to name a few — have gotten a bad rap in the last 20 years. 

It’s one of the first things the mainstream brings up when they talk about cholesterol problems. 

But this latest study shows just how wrong the medical community is about these wonder foods. 

For the paper, researchers from the University of Texas analyzed the dietary habits of nearly 3,000 seniors for 22 years.

The participants' blood plasma was assessed to determine different levels of fatty acids — including saturated fats found in full-fat dairy — over the course of the study. 

And as it turns out, eating full-fat dairy actually reduces your chances of dying from stroke by an astonishing 42%! 

Even better? Eating dairy can shield you from other forms of heart disease, too. 

Experts report that dairy works because it contains many anti-inflammatory fatty acids.

So if you’re going for skim or low-fat dairy, it’s time to stop. 

Instead, go for rich, delicious full-fat varieties of your favorite dairy treats.
