THIS Food Ups Alzheimer’s Risk 54%

Because according to researchers, having just two and a half teaspoons of this toxic food a day can send your Alzheimer's risk through the roof!

And the worst part? It’s EVERYWHERE.

We all know that sugar is dangerous. 

It can give you diabetes, heart problems, and even cancer. 

But that’s just the beginning… 

In the recent study, researchers from Columbia University the dietary habits and Alzheimer's status of 2,226 seniors for seven years.

During the study, participants reported whether they added sugar to their food or drinks through questionnaires.  

At the end, the scientists found that folks who sweetened their food or drinks with just two-and-a-half teaspoons of sugar daily up their dementia risk by a whopping 54%!

These results are even more alarming when you consider that the average soda contains around 9 teaspoons of sugar. 

Expert report that sugar is so bad for your memory because it weakens your circulatory system. 

Sugar is hidden is all types of foods – salad dressing, condiments, and dairy products – just to name a few.

So you’re probably getting more sugar than you think, even if you’re avoiding sodas and sweets. 

Avoiding processed foods is only of the easiest ways to reduce your sugar intake quickly.
