Feeling Low? This Natural Duo ENDS Depression

Veterans Day is just around the corner now — so let me be the first to sincerely thank anyone out there who has ever enlisted.

I don’t know where you were deployed or which wars you fought, but you’ve done this country an incredible service and a great honor

And that’s why I CAN’T STAND the mainstream stance on mental health.

See, many combat vets are prone to periods of sadness, boredom, and apathy… more likely to suffer depression than folks who’ve never seen battle…

And if that’s you, traditional docs have undoubtedly tried to coerce you into accepting expensive (ineffective) meds and sub-par “care.”

You deserve better.

You deserve a safe, natural solution that can BANISH your blues and LIFT your mood without breaking the bank – and the mainstream’s NOT going to give it to you.

But I will.

In just a moment, I’ll reveal TWO of Mother Nature’s most powerful mood-boosters (and tell you where to get them). First, though, here’s what they’re up against.

Like anxiety, depression is a mood disorder characterized by changes in thought, behavior, and general outlook… but while it looks and feels different to everyone, most sufferers report:

Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are some of the most commonly prescribed antidepressants, and traditional docs often scribble them down without so much as A THOUGHT

But these meds are known for packing a long list of potential side effects, including:

  • Nausea and vomiting,
  • Drowsiness,
  • Insomnia,
  • Sexual dysfunction,
  • Mood changes, and
  • Unintentional weight loss or weight gain.

Fortunately, you don’t have to mess around with those mainstream meds… because Mother Nature has given us EVERYTHING we need to eliminate symptoms of depression.

Numerous studies have found that curcumin, a principal compound of the spice turmeric, is effective at tamping down inflammation (which can contribute to depression) throughout the body.

In a 2017 study of more than 100 individuals, curcumin extract was shown to improve depressive symptoms – and according to some reports, this potent compound can even make mainstream antidepressants more impressive.

Meanwhile, resveratrol – a natural compound locked within grape skins and red wine – has been found to inhibit a key enzyme (called PDE4) that may interfere with brain signaling and cause symptoms of depression. In a 2009 study on mice, blocking PDE4 helped alleviate these symptoms.

Don’t be STRONG-ARMED into taking nasty mainstream mood meds.
