‘Exercise’ Breakthrough for Alzheimer’s?! [Study]

Depending on your overall fitness level, getting the right amount of aerobic activity can range from intense to moderate activity.

Jogging, riding a bike, and even brisk walks are all great ways to get exercise and proper blood flow to the brain.

But if you’re a novice to an exercise routine – or have difficulty with aerobic movements – I’d recommend trying tai chi.

Tai chi is a graceful form of exercise that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied with deep breathing… all of which help with your aerobic performance (even though you may not be drenched in sweat afterwards).
