Eating Trick Gives You Muscles of Steel

But not just for dinner…

You see, certain nutrients work best in your body when they are consumed over the course of a day instead of primarily at one meal.

And nutrition experts have long suspected that protein is one of these.

As it turns out… they were spot on!

In a recent study, scientists analyzed the dietary habits of about 1,800 folks aged 67 and older, noting the timing of their protein intake.

After crunching the numbers, they found that folks who eat protein at breakfast, lunch and dinner were significantly stronger than those who only ate protein at dinner.

Even better, all-day protein eaters have significantly more muscle mass!

This means simply eating protein at every meal can help keep your muscles healthy, strong and plump well into your golden years.

Experts report that protein is so essential for staying strong because it’s loaded with amino acids, the building blocks of healthy muscles.
