For the study, researchers from the University of Eastern Finland looked at the medical records and sauna habits of more than 1,600 men.

After careful analysis, they found that men who visit a sauna four to seven times a week slashed their risk of having high blood pressure by an incredible 50%!

Just imagine what cutting your blood pressure problems in half could mean for your health!

Experts report that the heat from the sauna improves blood flow and blood vessel function, both of which can help lower your risk of heart disease, too.

But the good news doesn’t end there…

A recent study from the University of Bristol in England found that regular sauna use can also reduce your chances of getting a cold and even help alleviate the symptoms of chronic diseases like arthritis and asthma.

So if you’re not hitting the sauna already, the cooler days of fall and winter are the perfect time to start.
