It’s because these days there are more FAD DIETS than you can count on two hands… and everyone seems to have an opinion on which diet is best!
While there is nothing wrong with tinkering with diets and finding out what works best for you and your body, studies have found that using certain EXTREME diets can lead to some serious health issues.

According to a study published in The Journal of Nutrition, the rates of iron-deficiency anemia are rising.
And one of the culprits? Restrictive diets that don’t provide your body with enough IRON.
Iron is a vital nutrient for your body because helps make hemoglobin – a component of red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body.
Not getting enough iron can lead to anemia – which is a direct result of a drop in red blood cells. Anemia is very serious as it can cause fatigue, pale skin, dizziness, weakness, and even heart failure!
But the problem is, some of the latest fad diets require you to ‘eliminate’ foods like red meat – which is one of the best sources of iron out there.

Tuna is also packed with healthy omega-3 fatty acids, which studies have shown are good for your heart, your brain, and your immune system.
