Delicious Diet CONQUERS Brain Fog

One of the scariest parts of aging is when your brain starts to slip.

You have trouble thinking… concentrating… or even remembering where you parked your car.

It’s just not fair…

But with just one tasty change to your diet, you can turn the tables on brain fog and even REVERSE any damage that’s already been done.

The best part? You just have to eat more of your favorite fatty foods.

I’m talking about switching to the ketogenic diet, the high-fat, low-carb diet that’s already REPEATEDLY been proven to help everything from weight loss to heart health.

And now, it can even save your brain.

In a recent study, researchers from the University of Kentucky fed two groups of mice either a keto diet or a regular control diet for 16 weeks.

By the study’s end, the keto mice not only weighed less and had lower blood sugar… but the researchers noted significant improvement in blood flow to the brain!

The keto diet even helped clear the beta-amyloid plaques that are a hallmark of Alzheimer’s.

When you lower inflammation, as the keto diet does, lots of good things start to happen.

Both your circulatory and immune systems work better.

And that increased circulation allows blood to reach all of your brain’s message centers and nooks and crannies, allowing your thoughts and memories to flow freely again.

Just image retaining your thoughts… your memories… and your independence…

All thanks to your favorite foods.

To get started on a keto regimen, amp up your intake of healthy fats (from nuts, eggs, and your favorite juicy steaks) and cut out starchy vegetables, breads, and processed foods.

Here are some good keto recipes to get you started.
