The study found that more than a third of people between the ages of 50 and 80 reported that their physical activity DECLINED in the pandemic’s first 10 months…

And more than a quarter say they’re in WORSE physical condition now than before the pandemic!

What’s worse, this combination of lack of physical activity, conditioning, and overall mobility has put millions of seniors at serious risk of falling… which can lead to serious injury!

But it’s not too late to turn things around.
