CONQUER Diabetes With This Magic ‘Four-Letter’ Word
Dear Turapür Today Reader,
Let’s face it. Fighting type 2 diabetes is 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week BATTLE.
And if you or a loved one suffer from type 2 diabetes, you already know the toll it can take on your body… and mind. When in reality all you want to do is keep your blood sugar from spiking without it occupying every waking moment of your day.
Your doctor and the pharmaceutical companies have told you the ‘cure’ for your diabetes is to pump your body full of drugs that cost a FORTUNE and offer no real solution.
But what if you could defeat your nasty type 2 diabetes once and for all… WITHOUT ever taking another drug again?
According to new research, it’s 100% possible… all thanks to a‘four-letter’ word.
And it’s a four-letter word that allows you to manage your blood sugar and enjoy some of the most delicious foods on the planet.
According to a new study done by Look AHEAD and Diabetes Prevention Program, dietary changes that lead to weight loss as low as 5% can help improve insulin sensitivity – especially around the liver – which can ensure that blood sugar levels do not spike.
The study found that adults with type 2 diabetes who lost 10% of their baseline body weight in just 1 year were almost twice as likely to reach diabetes REMISSION as those who lost 2.5% or less.
So what kind of diets could help your or a loved one reach diabetes remission?
That’s where the four-letter word comes in — keto.
Experts agree that diets like the ketogenic diet (aka “keto”) and intermittent fasting not only allow you to eat good, tasty foods… but have all sorts of diabetes-blasting benefits.
Keto is a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins and other low-carb diets. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat.
I’m talking about mouth-watering steak… grilled porkchops… barbecue chicken… you name it.
One study found that keto improved insulin sensitivity by a whopping 75%. Another study in people with type 2 diabetes found that 7 of the 21 participants were able to stop using ALL diabetes medications.
That’s game changing!
There’s also intermittent fasting, where you eat all your meals within a 6-to-8 hour window each day. In addition to weight loss, intermittent fasting can improve insulin sensitivity and make the body use the stored calories and sugar for energy. It can also help ward off certain associated complications (including prediabetes) in some cases.
If you or a loved one is losing the uphill battle with type 2 diabetes, consider trying diets like keto or intermittent fasting.
You may finally be able to toss those useless diabetes medications in the trash!
