Common Herb Makes Anxiety DISAPPEAR

Last week, I shared with you how a weird-looking exotic flower can practically ERASE the nerves and incessant worries that come with anxiety…

Only, this time we’re not heading to some far-off jungle to find a cure…

Because new research has found that a homey, comforting herb you already have can stop anxiety in its tracks and ALLEVIATE your worst, most debilitating symptoms…

The most amazing part?

It works as well as mainstream anti-anxiety meds… WITHOUT side effects like nausea, insomnia, or sexual dysfunction.

Today, I want to talk about rosemary.

If you somehow DON’T already have some of this miracle herb on hand, I suggest you get some FAST, because past studies have shown that it can do everything from regulate chaotic free radicals to increase circulation and lower blood sugar levels.

And now, researchers say that it can RELIEVE the crippling anxiety you’ve been struggling with.

In their study, recently published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine, scientists out of the Middle East divided 50 male mice into five test groups: Some got a saline solution, others received the anxiety med diazepam, and the rest got vary degrees of rosemary extract.

Then, they dropped each mouse into a maze-like apparatus.

And before we go any further, I’ve got to explain this a little bit.

See, mice are afraid of open spaces… so when you put them in a maze that’s only partially enclosed (with other areas out in the open), stressed mice spend more time in the comforting, enclosed areas where they feel safe.

But mice that feel more at ease (not anxious or stressed) venture out into the open areas.

And wouldn’t you believe it… 

The mice that got the rosemary extract were ALL OVER those exposed areas!

Those that got the MOST rosemary (400 mg/kg) spent more than TWICE as much time out in the open, compared to the control group.

Almost as long as those on diazepam…

Which means that the herb could be a practical substitute for the mainstream med.

Experts say this lessened anxiety comes from rosemary’s amazing amount of flavonoids, which interact with nervous system receptors in such a way that they act similarly to mainstream benzodiazepine drugs.

Like most herbs and spices, rosemary can be used in just about anything… from a rub on your steak to potatoes and French fries… even baked goods like dinner rolls and muffins.

But to achieve amounts comparable to those in the study, you’re better off taking a daily supplement like this one, available at most vitamin shops.
