‘Sunshine’ Breakthrough For Cold & Flu Season?

But after countless studies, researchers at the University of California San Diego and Creighton University concluded that the IOM’s vitamin D recommendations were way off.

Try a whopping 1/10 LESS than what most people need… which is close to 4,000 – 5,000 milligrams!

Just think about that… for years, you haven’t been getting enough vitamin D simply because mainstream medicine was giving you the wrong information.
