BOOST Your Brain with Mouthwatering Fix
Dear Turapür Today Reader,
Remember the last time you indulged in a meal loaded with carbs?
Sure, it tasted great… but you probably walked away feeling bloated, uncomfortable, and maybe even a little ‘out of it.’
But are carbs actually slowing down your MIND, too?
According to new research, YES!
Researchers at Stony Brook University say that that following a LOW-carb diet can seriously help people experiencing age-related brain changes.
According to their research, age-associated brain changes can actually be detected in folks as early as in their late 40s and that the signs of brain aging tend to fluctuate depending on one’s diet.
But it appears that ‘decline’ can now be changed – or even REVERSED — by switching to a diet that largely avoids simple carbohydrates.
They found that glucose (common in high-carb diets) decreases the stability of brain networks while ketones (the energy release in low-carb diets) have the opposite effect, promoting stronger and healthier brain networks.
But there’s good news (especially if you love carbs).
If you’re looking for a way to experience all the health benefits of a low-carb diet WITHOUT sacrificing taste, look no further than the ketogenic diet.
This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
Are we literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on our dinner plates?
This is important. THIS one food could be growing cancer cells.
And here’s where it gets interesting... as soon as we STOP eating it, the opposite happens: cancer cells STARVE to death -- and die out by the thousands.
Skeptical? See the evidence here.
Experts agree that diets like the ketogenic diet (aka “keto”) allow you to eat goods, tasty foods… but have all sorts of diabetes-blasting benefits.
Keto is a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins and other low-carb diets. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat.
I’m talking about mouth-watering steak… grilled porkchops… barbecue chicken… even BACON!
Additional research has noted that the keto diet can raise the concentration of beta-hydroxybutyrate acid (BHB) in the body, which improves memory function.
And the benefits of the keto diet go beyond brain health. There are also many studies that show low-carb and ketogenic diets can cause weight loss and help treat diabetes.
There’s nothing wrong with indulging in some carbs every once and a while. But if you’re looking to live you healthiest – and sharpest – life, consider ditching the carbs on a consistent basis.
