Experts report that certain plants had a bigger impact due to their high flavonoid content. These include:

  • Citrus fruits
  • Radishes
  • Strawberries
  • Pears
  • Red wine
  • Blackberries
  • And blueberries.

You should get about five servings of these types of fruits and berries a week to see results.
