Bizarre Food STOPS Colon Cancer

Now, researchers from Penn State have discovered that purple potatoes have the power to fight off bowel cancer, a leading killer of American seniors.
The Penn State team found that a diet rich in purple potatoes dramatically reduces an inflammation marker known as interleukin-6, which causes chronic bowel conditions and is like rocket fuel for tumors.
And it’s not just a minor decrease, either.
Test subjects who ate purple potatoes had six times less interleukin-6 in their systems.
Purple potatoes and other brightly colored fruits and vegetables each have unique, health boosting compounds that work in various ways throughout the body.
Eating the right combination can ultimately reduce your risk of cancer and even kill off existing cancer stem cells.
The Penn State team hopes to continue their research to determine how rainbow foods work together on a molecular level. This could lead to new treatments for cancers as well as other deadly conditions.
But mainstream medicine isn’t going to tell you that a simple change in your diet could keep you cancer-free or even restore your gut health.
They’d rather see you paying enormous medical bills and forking over your life’s savings for prescription drugs.
Of course, there’s no reason you can’t start loading up on purple potatoes right now.
Even if your local supermarket isn’t carrying them yet, you can find purple potatoes at most health food stores.
They may not be as common as white potatoes but the extra effort for a healthier gut will be well worth it.
