Bedroom Habit DOUBLES Your Risk of Dementia?! (Shocking)

According to new research out of Boston University, the longer you sleep on a consistent basis, the greater chance you have of developing dementia.

After studying more than 2,400 participants, researchers found that those who slept nine hours or more a night had DOUBLE the risk of developing dementia than those who slept less than nine hours.

So, while getting a good night’s rest is good for your overall health… getting TOO much sleep could be detrimental for your brain.

When it comes to sleep and brain health… it’s all about QUALITY over quantity.
