BEAT Menopause… WITHOUT Hormones?!

According to a new study from the North American Menopausal Society (NAMS), getting regular EXERCISE can be an excellent tool to help better manage the symptoms of menopause.
Researchers in Spain looked at how regular exercise might benefit the physical – and mental – well-being of women going through menopause.
What they discovered was amazing!
After 20 weeks of closely supervised exercise, the women in the study reported feeling happier and more physically and mentally fit (with fewer hot flashes) as a result of the exercise program.
In other words, consistent exercise helps manage menopausal symptoms – including hot flashes, sudden heat reactions, and profuse sweating – all of which are commonly associated with menopause.
But this recent breakthrough isn’t the first study to show that that exercise helps women deal with menopause.
Conventional remedies for menopause often include hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

You see, while menopause generally starts in middle age, the effects of menopause can last for up to 14 years!
So even if you’re currently going through menopause, you can start an exercise program NOW that will help you at all stages of your life.
And if you’re wary of going to a gym (especially during the age of COVID-19), simply doing a daily walking routine is a great way to get exercise.
