“Banned” Food STOPS Diabetes!

If you’ve been diagnosed with diabetes, I’m willing to bet that your doctor has given you a laundry list of foods you can’t eat. 

You’re stuck eating foods that are bland and taste like cardboard… And you’re probably wandering the aisles of your grocery store wondering to yourself…

And while there are some foods you do need to stay away from, there is one group of “banned” foods that not only taste great… but when eaten regularly can help STOP diabetes!

According to an international research study, eating at least two daily servings of fruit can cut the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by a jaw-dropping 36 percent! 

Yes, the same fruit that contains sugar. (And we all know that mainstream medicine vilifies sugar.) 

But when it comes to diabetes and high blood sugar, not all sugar is created equal.  Remember, it’s the refined sugars (like the kind found in processed foods) that is bad for your blood sugar levels.  

But natural sugars found in fruits are actually good for maintaining healthy blood sugar levels.  

The study found that eating two servings of fruit each day helps you produce LESS insulin and LOWERS your blood glucose levels. Increased insulin and higher blood glucose levels are both symptoms of type 2 diabetes.  

In other words, not ALL sugar is bad for you… or your diabetes! 

Now, there are a couple things to remember when it comes to fruit and sugar. 

One, everything in moderation! You don’t need to eat fruit all day or at every meal. Remember, just two servings are really all you need.
