Add 11 Healthy Years to Your Life? It’s Possible!
Dear Turapür Today Reader,
Did you know that chronic diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer affect nearly 40% of the U.S. population?!
You read that correctly… 40%!
And if you’re one of the millions of Americans battling chronic disease, you don’t ask for much. All you’re looking for is a safe, natural way to you live your longest – and healthiest – life possible.
But as you get older, it’s possible (and likely) that your doctor will simply prescribe you something as the ‘solution’ to your health maintenance.
But who in their right mind wants to be saddled with countless (and useless) medications and unnecessary medical procedures that make you feel ‘just okay’?!
I’m here to tell you that one of the best defenses against chronic disease DOESN’T come in a prescription.
It’s 100% natural, doesn’t require a single trip to your doctor, and according to new research out of Harvard University it can literally ‘add’ healthy years to your life!
According to the new study, five simple healthy lifestyle choices in middle age not only increase life expectancy, but they’ll REDUCE the number of years older adults spend battling chronic diseases.
Researchers at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health expanded on a 2018 study of theirs which established five habits in middle age — healthy eating, maintaining a healthy weight, exercising regularly, limiting alcohol consumption and not smoking — can boost life expectancy.
This follow up study suggests these same practices may also increase one’s likelihood of enjoying extra years of good health overall.
How many years, exactly?
This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
Are we literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on our dinner plates?
This is important. THIS one food could be growing cancer cells.
And here’s where it gets interesting... as soon as we STOP eating it, the opposite happens: cancer cells STARVE to death -- and die out by the thousands.
Skeptical? See the evidence here.
When women practiced none of the healthy habits at age 50, they lived just 23.7 years free of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer. But when women practiced four or five of the healthy habits, they lived 34.4 MORE years free of these chronic diseases.
That’s like adding nearly 11 healthy years to your life!
The same goes for men. Men who did not practice any of the healthy habits at age 50 could expect 23.5 years free of chronic disease. Yet men who practice the aforementioned healthy habits lived an average of 31.1 healthier years — a potential gain of almost eight disease-free years.
Imagine what you could do with all those healthy years?
Travel the country, or even the globe… Enjoy more time with your grandchildren… Or even take up a hobby or activity that you’ve been longing to do.
And imagine being able to do all of those things (and more) without being saddled with medication to curb your chronic disease?
That is a life worth living!
