A Workout at THIS Time Could Save Your Life?! [Men]
Dear Turapür Today Reader,
Guys, it’s okay to admit it…
Sometimes the last thing you want to do is exercise.
Between the rigors of your job, your family, and having a social life… it’s tough to find time during your day to get in a good workout.
But if you have health conditions like heart disease or type 2 diabetes, you know that getting exercise is important for your overall health… but maybe you sometimes need a ‘nudge’ to make it a priority.
Well, gentlemen, today I’m here to give you that little extra motivation you need to stay active.
You see, scientists have honed in on the BEST time of day you should be working out… and why doing it during this specific time of day could actually save your life!
Here’s everything you need to know.
According to a new study published in the journal Diabetes Care, men with diabetes who exercise in the MORNING face a greater risk of suffering a heart attack.
Now, you may be asking yourself…
How can exercising in the morning be bad for me?
It all boils down to the connection between type 2 diabetes and the risk of developing heart disease.
Researchers looked at over 2,000 men with type 2 diabetes over a four-year time period and found that those who engaged in exercise during the ‘morning’ hours showed more signs of heart disease down the road compared to those who exercised during times later in the day.
More research continues to be done on the connection between exercise ‘timing’, diabetes, and heart disease.

This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
Are we literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on our dinner plates?
This is important. THIS one food could be growing cancer cells.
And here’s where it gets interesting… as soon as we STOP eating it, the opposite happens: cancer cells STARVE to death — and die out by the thousands.
Skeptical? See the evidence here.
But it’s important to note that working out early in the day isn’t inherently ‘bad’ … but it’s simply to point out that exercising later in the day may have better long-term health outcomes.
So, what does this all mean for you?
If you’re already working out and getting physical activity… keep it going!
Staying active is still one of the best ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Now, if you’re looking to start an exercise routine (or perhaps make a change to the time of day you do it), consider carving out time during your lunch hour or during the afternoon.
Taking a brisk, afternoon walk while listening to an audio book (or even listening in on a conference call for work) is a great way to stay active without feeling like you need to get up at the crack of dawn… and consolidating some of the other things you know you need to get done during your day.
