A ‘Memory’ Breakthrough Every Woman MUST See

Dear Turapür Today Reader,

These days, it doesn’t take much to feel like you’re at wits’ end.

A high-pressure job… trouble at home… finances.

Oh, and let’s not forget about the current coronavirus outbreak.

These are just a FEW of the things that cause our stress levels to SKYROCKET.

Listen, everyone gets stressed out every now and again… it’s perfectly normal. Sometimes we all just need a mental timeout to get ourselves under control.

But what if I told you that not taking steps to curb your stress NOW could lead to a plummeting quality of life later?

Yep, researchers have discovered a disturbing connection between stress and DEMENTIA.

And if you’re a woman, you need to pay very close attention to what they found.

But I’m not here today to scare you. In fact, I’m here to give you practical steps to squash your stress and assure you the best possible quality of life for years to come.

But let’s get the bad news out of the way…

According to researchers at Johns Hopkins University, today’s common ‘stressors’ can impact future brain functioning… especially women developing dementia!

It’s been well-documented that many more women develop dementia than men. In fact, according to Alzheimer’s Association data, one in six women over the age of 60 — compared to just one in 11 men – will eventually be diagnosed with dementia.

Other studies have confirmed that in terms of age-related stress response changes, women experience TRIPLE what men experience.

But why?

Researchers wanted to understand how stressful life experiences might impact long-term memory problems, particularly in women.

This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors

Are we literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on our dinner plates?

This is important. THIS one food could be growing cancer cells.

And here’s where it gets interesting… as soon as we STOP eating it, the opposite happens: cancer cells STARVE to death — and die out by the thousands.

Skeptical? See the evidence here.

From 1981 to 2004, they studied hundreds of women. During the mid-90’s (and when most of the women were in their mid-40’s), they were asked about traumatic events and other stressful life situations.

During that mid-90’s visit, participants were able to successfully complete a number of tests associated with memory loss. BUT, when the participants returned at the end of the study in the 2000s, many of the recognition tests began to severely decline.

The study results found that the more stressful life experiences a woman had in midlife, the more likely women were to experience a decline in recalling and recognizing words in later years… warning signs of dementia.

You can’t eliminate ALL stress, but you can take some simple steps to reign in your stress. For instance…

Identifying Stress Triggers

If you find yourself getting stressed, take some time to write down what causes your stress and anxiety. Use a journal to keep a record of your stress and the situations in which it occurs. Many times knowing what triggers your stress is the most important step.

Take a Step Back

If you feel stress building up, try practicing a breathing exercise, counting slowly to 10, or taking a temporary break from the stressor.

Try New Activities That Reduce Stress

Simple activities, such as yoga, spending time in nature, and taking a hot, relaxing bath, can help alleviate stress.
