You see, most mainstream docs only catch this life-changing disease after it’s already taken hold of your memories… and identity… and independence.
But that could all be about to change.
Because researchers have pinpointed an all-to-common sign that Alzheimer’s could be on your horizon….
And you may already have it.
According to a new research study, older adults with memory problems may progress to Alzheimer’s more quickly if they are also suffering from anxiety.
For the study, scientists tracked the mental status of 339 patients with mild cognitive impairment. After several years, the researchers found that the folks with higher anxiety levels at the start tended to have a quicker Alzheimer’s progression.
Researchers believe anxiety pushes the disease along because it may play a role in the development of beta-amyloid plaques – the root cause of Alzheimer’s.
But that doesn’t mean you have to the next victim.
First, it should be noted that anxiety doesn’t automatically speed up the potential progression of Alzheimer’s… but rather, it’s one of many factors that could lead to this life-altering brain disease.
Second, if you suffer from anxiety, there are NATURAL ways you can calm your nerves and make you feel less stressed (and none of them involve drugs or pills).
And this means better overall brain health.

I like to use lavender through a household diffuser… which emanates the lavender aroma slowly and gently.
Simply place lavender oil into a diffuser… then diffuse for 30-60 minutes. That’s it!
Just be sure to follow the device instructions to fill the diffuser’s reservoir and add an appropriate amount of lavender oil.
