The 6-Hour Trick for MELTING Fat

We’ve all been there.

Anxiously pulling out your summer clothes… only to find that they just don’t fit. 

So you start your spring diet — cutting carbs and upping your protein — all in hopes that you’ll be trim enough to get back in those shorts. 

But as it turns out, what you eat isn’t the only key to successfully losing weight…

Because researchers from the Salk Institute in San Diego have just discovered the BEST way to melt those pounds.

And believe it or not is as nothing to with your diet. 

As with most things in life, timing is everything. And shedding pounds is no different. 

You see, eating your meals within a certain time frame can determine whether you lose weight or stay the same uncomfortable size. 

For the recent study, researchers had overweight participants eat their meals in a six-hour period (8 a.m.–2 p.m.) or a 12-hour period (8 a.m.–8 p.m.) for four days. 

At the end of the trial,those eating in the 8 a.m.–2 p.m. window experienced increased fat burning and less cravings throughout the night! 

It was as if the fat started melting away after just six hours of timely eating. 

However, the participants who followed the traditional 12-hour eating window experienced hunger pains and cravings until they went to sleep. 

Experts report that eating within such a tight time line is so good for your metabolism because it helps reduce your levels of ghrelin — a hormone that makes you hungry.
