The $2 Secret to a Younger Brain

For years, we’ve been getting lots of advice on how to keep our bodies looking and feeling young.

We’re told to cut out the junk food, get exercise and try to limit our stress.

But when it comes to keeping our brains young? Well, it feels like mainstream medicine has a lot less to say.

They want us to believe there’s practically nothing we can do to prevent memory loss or even Alzheimer’s.

Well, I’ve always believed that’s total nonsense — and now a new study proves it.

In fact, researchers have discovered that you may be able to slash your dementia risk by a whopping 36% for just $2 a day.

And all it takes is a delicious drink you may have been told to quit years ago.

A new study out of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee looked at a group of women 65 and older.

And it turns out that those women who were consuming 261 mg or more of caffeine daily had a 36% lower risk of developing dementia.

That translates to about 16–24 ounces of coffee each and every day.

That’s right — that $2 large coffee you grab at the drive-thru each morning could be the secret to keeping your brain “young” and functioning well.

Of course, lots of seniors have been told for years to swear off drinks like coffee. But the evidence is in and coffee in particular is a certified superbeverage.

Studies have proven that drinking coffee every day can lower your risk of everything from Parkinson’s disease to certain types of cancer.

You only have one brain — and you need to do everything you can to protect it.
