BLAST Stubborn Fat With Simple ‘Coffee Pot’ Trick

According to a research study from a team at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, England, folks that drink two to three cups of coffee per day tend to have LOWER levels of body and abdominal fat than people who don’t indulge in a hot cup of joe.
Women aged 20-44 who drank two to three cups of coffee daily had, on average, 3.4% lower levels of abdominal fat than non-coffee drinkers.
For older women, the benefits were even more pronounced; women aged 45-69 who drank four or more cups per day had 4.1% lower abdominal fat.
And the news keeps getting better (even if you’re not a Java-head)…
According to the study, women had lower body fat even if they drank DECAF coffee!
Men also saw some weight loss from coffee consumption. Men between the ages of 20-44 drinking two or three cups of coffee per day had 1.8% lower abdominal fat and 1.3% lower overall body fat than non-coffee drinking male participants.

And coffee doesn’t just help with weight loss.
The health benefits of drinking coffee are well-documented… but sometimes forgotten.
For instance, coffee can also protect you against type 2 diabetes. A 2017 study concluded that people who drank four to six cups of either caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee each day lowered their risk of type 2 diabetes.
And there’s a 2012 study that said drinking even just MODERATE amounts of coffee lowered the risk of heart failure than those who didn’t drink any coffee.
So, go ahead, fire up that coffee pot and have a hot cup of joe.
